I sincerely feel your pain... but I have to admit I laughed out loud at your experience... (Omi laughed so hard she cried). It did remind me of a few similar experiences of mine in Vietnam and Korea... complete with all the biological events you described so eloquently. At least on one of those occasions, I was blessed with a sink in close proximity while I sat on the toilet... it significantly reduced the need for "switching ends".
