There is a Rick's Cafe in Casablanca. They do have a live jazz band. They did play 'As Time Goes By'. It was one of the greatest places with the most incredible atmosphere I have ever been to. Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman could have easily been sitting quietly upstairs on the couch - in fact they were, several times a night, replaying those timeless scenes again and again on the big screen. Walking home to the ship, I could have been mowed down by a camel or petit taxi, and I would not have cared - which was not entirely the fault of the house cocktails.
